    As well as learning the fundamentals of lean, you’ll focus on the practical stuff: better systems, clearer communication, and small changes that save time and money. It’s not about theory or buzzwords — just real improvements that last.

    If you’re an Irish business with 10 or more staff in manufacturing or internationally traded services, or a High Potential Start-Up with Enterprise Ireland, you could get up to €5,000 in support. The coach usually spends about 7 days with your team over 8–12 weeks.

    It’s a great starting point if you’re ready to build a culture of continuous improvement — one small win at a time.

    You can apply for funding to support this program up to €50,000 which allows for a skilled lean coach to work alongside you and your team to help make the real changes last – whether that’s cutting costs, speeding up delivery, or simply getting things running smoother day to day.

    Projects usually run for 6 to 9 months and give your team the breathing room to focus on what matters. It’s not about buzzwords — it’s about finding better ways to do the work you’re already doing.
