I’ve had the privilege of supporting more than 150 businesses across Ireland on their Lean journey. My goal is always the same: to help business owners and their teams find simpler, smarter ways to work, cut out the waste, and unlock their true potential.

I believe improvement doesn’t have to be over complicated — it just takes curiosity, collaboration, and a willingness to look at things differently. I love working alongside people, asking the right questions, and helping them see what’s possible when processes and people align.

For more than 40 years I’ve been helping businesses and teams find better, simpler ways to work. My passion lies in bringing structure, clarity, and confidence to everyday operations — always with people at the heart of the process.

I’ve supported over 120 businesses across Ireland in sectors ranging from retail and hospitality to logistics, education, and services. No matter the industry, my goal is the same: to help organisations reduce waste, improve performance, and create workplaces where people can thrive.

Before becoming a Lean coach, I spent many years managing and leading large retail teams. That experience taught me the real value of collaboration, communication, and a calm, methodical approach — qualities I now bring to every project I deliver through Enterprise Ireland and Local Enterprise Office programmes.

What drives me is seeing the positive change that happens when people feel empowered to make improvements. Whether I’m walking the shop floor, mentoring business owners, or guiding teams through Lean workshops, I focus on practical steps that lead to lasting results.
